At Sweet Audio Media, we offer digital distribution and related services through yearly subscription-based plans. Due to the nature of digital services, we follow a strict no refund policy, except in cases where required by applicable law or under certain exceptional circumstances.

1. Digital Services & Non-Refundable Nature
All purchases on Sweet Audio Media are for intangible digital services. These include but are not limited to:
  • Artist or Label dashboard access
  • Music/video distribution to DSPs
  • Metadata management, Content ID & monetization setup
  • Publishing and royalty services
  • Playlist pitching and CRBT (Caller Tune) activation
Once a subscription is activated or services have been initiated, no refund will be provided.
If, due to any technical reason, the subscription is not activated after your payment, we will issue a full refund within 5 to 7 days.
Post approval, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error (after verification)
  • Failure to deliver any promised service within 30 days of confirmed payment, provided the user has submitted all required content and documents
  • Accidental purchase of a wrong plan reported within 24 hours (and before any content is submitted for distribution)

3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:
  • No partial or full refund will be issued upon cancellation.
  • Your dashboard access and distribution services will remain active until the end of your billing cycle (1 year from purchase).
  • After expiration, your account will move to inactive status, but previously distributed content will remain live on platforms unless removed by request.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment provider:
  • Your account may be suspended during the investigation.
  • Any services rendered or content already distributed may be taken down from all platforms.
  • If the chargeback is found to be invalid, your account may be blacklisted.
